This is...interesting for me. I don't eat too much meat, but I do eat some, almost every day. However, it's about not being hungry. I have discovered that if I don't have something really substantial at some point during the day (I have had hamburgers for lunch and not needed an equally dense dinner) I will be hungry when I go to sleep. That's no fucking good. That said; I do believe that the consumption of junk food is a special danger, and most people do consume without thinking it through.
